This mooncake was inspired by blue snowskin mooncakes. I thought it would be perfect for the holidays as it literally reminds me of snow. This comes with a hand woven and tied lucky knot.

I wanted these to be extra special as I often never make it in time to making pieces for Lunar New Year. As a lazy person who doesn’t get around to taking the Christmas tree down until sometimes March, I wanted to make decorations that can stay up through til the Lunar New Year.
